BS renal dialysis technology program has great scope not only in our country but also abroad. These guys can get job very easily rather they are associated with many hospitals at a time. Kidney dialysis is a complicated procedure, that’s why it need qualified experts for avoiding complications during the process.
In BS Renal Dialysis Technology program following subjects are taught; Basic Medical Science Subjects (Like Basic Anatomy, Histology, Physiology, Pharmacology and Pathology,) Bio Medical Engineering, Bio-statics, Computer Science, Hemo-dialysis Machines, Renal Anatomy, Renal Histology, Renal Function Assessment , Renal Physiology, Renal Pathology, Basics of Dialysis, Hemodialysis Apparatus & Procedure, RO Plant, Dialysis Observation & Self-Directed Learning Evaluation, Peritoneal Membrane Physiology, Temporary & Permanent Access for Hemodialysis, Apparatus for PD, Infection Control in Dialysis, Ethics of Medical Practice, Anticoagulation, Hemodialysis Prescription, PD Procedure, HD & PD Complications, Acute PD Prescription, PD Exit site Infection, Dialyzer Reuse Program, Renal Nursing, Assistance in Dialysis procedures, Renal Biopsy, Post Renal Transplant Nursing Care, Peritoneal Dialysis Prescription, HD in ICU, Urea Kinetic Modeling, Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Insertion, PD Adequacy/Prescription and Dialysis in Infants & Children.
Candidate must have passed FSC/HSSC(pre-medical)/ A-level with at least 60% marks.
Candidate must have passed MDCAT with at least 60% marks.

Registration Fee: Rs 10,000 (Only in 1st semester at the time of admission)
Tuition Fee: Rs 40,000 per Semester
Hostels are present in Faisalabad Medical University for MBBS and BDS students, but Allied Health Sciences students are NOT ALLOWED to stay in hostels and no separate hostel facility is provided to them by university.
However, some private hostels are located nearby, which can be availed by Allied Health Sciences students.
Transport Facility is present in Faisalabad Medical University for MBBS and BDS students, but Allied Health Sciences students are NOT ALLOWED to use this transport facility.
