Payments:

This year, only Online Payments are accepted. You can use Mastercard or VISA Card. These cards are offered by all banks as well as Sadapay and Nayapay . You can also use your virtual credit/debit cards.

Our Payment Gateway is a 3D secure gateway which is being provided in collaboration with Bykea Technologies 

You can also use direct bank transfer, but the exact amount must be received in our provided bank account within 30 minutes after the order is placed. Otherwise, your order will be considered cancelled. Don’t forget to mention order ID as a reference while making bank transfer.

Order ID will be provided to you as soon as you place an order. It will be visible on the “Thank You” page displayed after a successful order, as well as will be sent to you via an automated e-mail.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be entertained.

Shipment / Delivery:

Our Products are manufactured in bulk quantity, so yours one shall be delivered after 1-2 weeks of closure of the ordering window.

Pakistan Post is our delivery partner right now. We are liable to dispatch your shipment, And after that Pakistan Post is responsible for the shipment.

Order Placement:

Order can only be placed through our official website. No other method e.g. WhatsApp message to any admin or e-mail will be accepted.
